20 Destination Wineries in the Okanagan Valley
This venerable Naramata winery was founded by a Swiss couple who also lived 25 years in South Africa, where the terms ‘winery’ and ‘vineyard’ are not often used. Instead, Lake Breeze is called a ‘Wine Farm’.
While the winery was built in 1996, the vines were planted in 1985 making them among the oldest on Naramata Bench, and ensuring Lake Breeze consistently produces mature, superior wines. What really sets Lake Breeze apart as a destination, however, is the airy and elegant architecture, the viewpoint location, and the amazing Lake Breeze Patio Bistro; quite simply one of the best places to wine and dine in the South Okanagan.
